Arbour Mill

The Arbour Mill building, owned and operated by Pathway Housing, provides 104 units of affordable community housing spread across approximately 15 floors. Originally constructed in the early 1990s as part of Mississauga’s non-profit housing initiatives, the property was expanded in 2023–2024 with the addition of two floors and six new accessible units. Funded in part by the Government of Canada, the Province of Ontario, and the Region of Peel, this project represents one of Mississauga’s first vertical mass-timber additions. The building also hosts a range of community-serving programs, including prenatal, early-learning, nutrition, and family support activities delivered in partnership with agencies such as BridgeWay Family Centre.

Grandravine Community Recreation Centre

The Grandravine Community Recreation Centre, owned and operated by the City of Toronto, is a multi-purpose civic facility located in North York. The centre houses an indoor arena, program rooms, and recreational amenities, complemented by outdoor facilities such as a pool, tennis courts, and playgrounds in the adjacent park. The building underwent a major renovation in 2012, which included a new rink slab, elevator installation, and upgraded washrooms. Today, the centre continues to serve the community with a wide range of recreational, cultural, and adaptive programs.

First Gulf Offices

The First Gulf Offices development is currently underway and is projected for completion in 2026. The planned five-storey office building will provide a total of 3,222 square metres of gross floor area, including a 265.9 square metre ground-floor showroom designated for commercial use and 739 square metres of private recreational space located in the basement. In addition to its primary office function, the building will accommodate accessory commercial and recreational uses, contributing to a versatile and modern workplace environment.

Multi-Unit Residential Properties

WRH Senior's Housing

The WRH Senior Housing development at 82 Wilson Avenue in Kitchener is owned and operated by Waterloo Region Housing. Originally constructed in 1969 as a walk-up apartment building for seniors, the site is currently undergoing a significant redevelopment. Demolition of the original structure began in May 2022, followed by the construction of a new six-storey building featuring 48 rent-geared-to-income one-bedroom units. Designed by LGA Architectural Partners with a commitment to sustainability, the redevelopment is on track for completion and occupancy by autumn 2025.
